Responsibilities
Strategizing and Campaign Development:
Plan, Develop, and Execute Campaigns:
- Strategize and implement data-driven B2B SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns for SaaS solutions to maximize visibility, drive targeted traffic, and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI).
- Develop and execute cold outreach strategies to identify, engage and convert high-quality leads.
- Establish and manage affiliate marketing strategies to expand reach and foster partnerships.
Content Marketing:
- Lead developing engaging and Saudi market relevant content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
User Behavior and Analytics
- Heat Mapping and Behavioral Analysis:
- Use tools like Hotjar and Microsoft Clarity to analyze user behavior and identify drop-off points or friction in user journeys.
- Recommend actionable improvements to optimize website design, improve user experience, and increase conversion rates.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and provide regular performance insights.
- Perform A/B testing to evaluate content and design variations, identifying the best-performing elements to drive higher conversions.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Implement strategies to improve conversion rates across landing pages, websites, and email campaigns.
- Leverage insights from user behavior analysis, A/B testing, and analytics to develop and execute CRO initiatives that enhance client acquisition
Audience Identification and Personalization
- Persona Development and Strategy:
- Identify and develop detailed audience personas based on research and data.
- Tailor marketing strategies to resonate with different healthcare stakeholders, including
- Healthcare Audience Expertise:
- Craft campaigns that address the unique needs and challenges of the Saudi Arabian healthcare market.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and culturally sensitive messaging.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on healthcare preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.
- Experience with cold outreach strategies, affiliate marketing, and persona-driven campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, general CRM understanding.
- Strong skills in creating and optimizing marketing content for emails, social media ads, etc.
- Sufficient skills in designing marketing assets.
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Familiarity with the healthcare landscape, trends, and audience expectations
- Creative and detail-oriented mindset with a focus on results.
