Position Overview:

We are looking for a part-time Medical Information Officer to join our team remotely from Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial in overseeing the quality of medical team operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, and supporting the development of our clinical solutions. This position is ideal for a clinical professional with a medical degree and extensive experience in healthcare quality management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Oversight: Monitor and evaluate the quality of medical operations across our platforms and solutions to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all medical processes adhere to local and international healthcare regulations and standards, with a focus on patient safety and quality of care.
  • Medical Guidance: Provide expert guidance in the development and refinement of health tech solutions, ensuring they align with clinical best practices and user needs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and quality of medical operations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product development, engineering, and customer support teams to integrate quality standards into product design and operation.
  • Incident Management: Lead investigations of quality issues and incidents, proposing actionable solutions and preventive measures to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Training and Development: Support the development and delivery of training programs to educate staff on quality standards and quality assurance processes.

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree with a demonstrated understanding of clinical practice and healthcare operations.
  • Minimum of 1 years of clinical experience, with a focus on quality management or quality assurance in healthcare settings.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and best practices in Saudi Arabia and internationally.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity and attention to detail.
